Instructions-General Guidelines for Using
Natural Support Creams
These are General Guidelines Only. Used and
recommended by doctors.
Note:
Updated 2011 and 2012 formulas, pump packaging, and
labels with SAME reliable delivery.
All are OTC NATURAL transdermal topical creams or gels for quick
absorption, bypassing the liver.
Adjust usage doses to YOUR symptoms and results.
Listen to your body.
All creams are bioidentical
micronized USP premium grade,
cosmetic manufacturing guidelines.
Usage
directions state ¼ tsp measure.
(¼ tsp = Large Pea Size Amount)
Keep measuring simple. Learn "Peas". It
saves waste from measuring.
Some days use large peas, some days use baby peas, some
days use 2 peas. Simple.
All are 2-ounce containers,
pumps or tubes,
about 1 mo supply, depending on use protocol.
We carry NO OPEN JAR products which become
contaminated on first use.
Tubes use ¼ tsp measure. Pumps: Light compression = ¼
tsp.
P2 PROGESTERONE CREAM for WOMEN-
NPC Tubes Deliver 21 mg /use; 960 mg Progesterone in
2 oz
P2 Pumps deliver 22 mg/use; 3% 1200 mg Progesterone
in 2 oz
Whether
you are having periods or not determines HOW and
WHEN you use hormone creams. No
exceptions.
If
Having Periods: Use Days 12 through 26 of
cycle
(1st day of period=Day 1)
Use ¼
tsp, 1-2x daily, for 2 weeks
(days 12 through 26), rotating application sites.
If
NOT Having Periods: Use 25 days of a month,
taking 5 days off.
(most take either first OR last 5 days of a month
off just for ease of remembering)
Use ¼ tsp (20 mg), 1-2x daily,
rotating application sites.
Other P2 Progesterone Protocols - Special Uses
PMS Cramps Migraines:
Do not use while menstruating, however a SMALL amt
rubbed over abdomen or on back of neck relieves headache
& cramps.
Wanting to Get Pregnant: Use ¼ tsp
2x/day on days 8 through 26 for 2 months. On third
month, use ¼
tsp 2x/day on day following ovulation
through day 26. If there is a possibility of
pregnancy, DO NOT stop using the cream until you take
pregnancy BLOOD test at day 26. If negative,
resume scheduled use. If positive, use as directed
for pregnancy.
During Pregnancy: Use ¼ tsp 3x/day from
conception. In third trimester gradually decrease
and discontinue 2 weeks before scheduled delivery.
After Giving Birth, If Breast Feeding: Do
NOT use in 1st 30 days after delivery, then 1/8 tsp
2x/day for 3 wks/mo until cycle occurs, then resume
schedule as woman having periods above.
PMS Pre-Teens, Teens 100 lbs or less: 1/16 tsp
2x/day days 12 through 26 for 3-6 months. If symptoms
return resume cream to maintain balance.
MP2 - Progesterone Prostate Care Pump for MEN
(10
mg/use) AKA Adams
MEN
use 1/4 tsp (small pea size) 1x daily -no
need for breaks, 5 day break/mo is useful.
E3 ESTRIOL ESTROGEN MENOPAUSE SUPPORT CREAM (Estriol
0.5-1.0 mg/application use)
For
MATURE Menopausal Women with known low Estradiol or Estrogen levels
Use full pump compression (1.0 mg) 3-4x/wk, or as
needed. Some use
½
pump (0.5 mg) daily. Some less, Some use more.
Listen to your body.
IMPORTANT:
MUST be used with P2 Progesterone Cream. Do not use without
progesterone!
If not used in a regime together, Estriol estrogen
will quit working because Progesterone is needed to
maintain a cell's estrogen
receptor sensitivity.
(Take breaks at same time as progesterone breaks,
5 days/mo.)
REMEMBER: Progesterone lasts in the body about 12
hours. Estriol Estrogen (or any estrogen)
lasts in the body 1-3 days depending on the person.
Watch
for estrogen dominant symptoms (breast
tenderness, fluid retention). If they occur,
you are using TOO MUCH.
EST
Progesterone
Cream with Bi-Est Estrogens and Tri-Est Phytoestrogens -(Delivers
20 mg Progesterone/use plus 0.9 mg Estriol and 0.1
mg Estradiol in a 90:10 Bi-Est ratio. Includes soy
with
tri-est plant estrogens, Phytoestrogens) - USP micronized
bio-identical formula.
This is a "combo" product and may be difficult to
monitor because Progesterone and Estrogen metabolize
at different rates. Progesterone is needed 1-2 times
a day. Estrogen may not be needed daily.
Use ¼
tsp,
1-2x daily. Use 25 days of a month, taking
5 days off

Support
Women:
¼ tsp: 10 mg of DHEA, 20 mg of Progesterone,
3 mg Pregnenolone, and 3 mg of Chrysin.
Men:
¼ tsp: 20 mg of DHEA, 5 mg of Progesterone,
3 mg Pregnenolone, and 3 mg of Chrysin
Used for long term and corrective balancing results!

Best Use is in AM's for extra boost.
Use ¼ tsp once daily as needed, rotating sites. 2-3 day
break after 14 days or 7
day break after 21 days.
In
Testosterone Boost Package use:
DHEA in AM. DHEA is energizing.
P2 or MP2 Progesterone is used in the evenings or bedtime.
Progesterone is calming.
ADRENAL
SUPPORT Creams: DHEA, Pregnenolone, P2 Progesterone Cream Formulas
This is a special program of
application based on half life of the hormone with
the goal of repair, supplementation, and sustained
bioavailable levels throughout a day.
Adrenals are supported by the same substances as
Thyroid: DHEA, Progesterone, and Pregnenolone.
Used for
long term and corrective balancing results.
AM: Use DHEA : ¼ tsp DHEA of Men or
Women's formula is energizing. Not for
bedtime.
AM:
Use Equalizer Plus Pregnenolone Cream: Use 1 full
pump compression. Throughout the day Equalizer
Plus can be used as needed. Your body
excretes what it does not need. (Great
moisturizer, good for pain, bruises, healing,
headaches, or any site that needs healing.)
Works great at bedtime too.
PM:

THYROID SUPPORT Creams: DHEA, Pregnenolone,
P2 Progesterone Cream Formula
Thyroid is
supported by the same substances as Adrenals: DHEA,
Progesterone, and Pregnenolone.
This is a special program of application based on

supplementation, and sustained bioavailable levels
